A woman from Daytona Beach, Florida, has been missing for three months, and her daughter is seeking answers just days before Christmas.
Sharon Marie Cleaveland, 57, was last seen on September 18, according to the Daytona Beach Police Department.
Her daughter, Noel Foraker, who resides in Michigan, told NBC affiliate WESH that she feels left in the dark about her mother’s case but has since received an apology from the police department.
“I appreciated the apology, but I’m still upset that three months have passed,” Foraker said. She had spoken to her mother just two days before her disappearance.
Foraker, affectionately describing her mother as the “cat lady,” is now doing everything she can to find her. She shared that Cleaveland requires daily medication and never travels alone.
Cleaveland’s car was last spotted at a Walmart on Polynesian Isle Boulevard on September 19.
“I just want the community to help me find answers and bring her home,” Foraker said to WESH. “It’s been three months, and she still hasn’t come home. Somebody knows something.”
Cleaveland is described as a white woman, 5’7 in height, and weighing 100 pounds. Anyone with information is urged to contact detectives at 386-671-5249.
